Scroll continuously works well... except when scrolling upwards.

I'm reading through a document, scrolling down page by page. It works very well.
"What was that I just read in the previous paragraph? I want to go back and look." So I scroll upwards. That works well, too... until I come to a page break. Suddenly I find I'm at the top of the previous page. It's very disorienting.

Preferences: Under "Page display" the "Default page layout" is set to "Continuous."

May I have your version detail first? Also, do all files have this issue behavior? Or just a specific file? Could you please send us the issue file and also take a small video for that?

I'm using Foxit PDF Reader version 12.0.1.12430.
And... rats! It won't do it now; I just tried half a dozen different files, and all behave normally. If it happens again, I will make careful note of which file(s) it is.
