crash MSI installer v.12 - Final abortion & cannot uninstall previous versions

I´m trying to install Foxit Reader 12 with msi installer, and es.mst transform. On last dialogs, it says it cannot uninstall previous version. I cleaned up registry and used Revo uninstaller, but keeps saying that.
What is strange is that this does not happen with the .exe installer L10N. It goes to the end and PDF Reader is successfully installed.

Also, in support page, when trying to open a ticket, it keeps redirecting to the KB portal. No options to share this issue with the support team.

Regarding the situation you encountered, may I have the command line you entered to install the program and the installation package? For the support ticket page, you may select the Editor as the product to process the submission.

What type of installation package you have installed? MSI or EXE? The .exe installation cannot override install with a msi package.
