Apply All Signatures results in "the server configuration link is incorrect"

Working to trouble shoot the error "The server configuration is incorrect. Please try again later or contact the enterprise administrator". Not finding a solution. Has worked previously. Version 12.0.0.12394.

Thinking it's a site being blocked but haven't pinpointed. Some departments are limited to a specific set of sites they can surf.

dwag May I know what's signature added into PDF? Foxit eSign or Fill&Sign?
If image signature is enough, can you please add signature via "Fill&Sign" under Protect menu and see result? Thanks.
