crash FoxitPDF Reader Crashes when using microsoft stylus

Hi everyone, first post, in english which is not my native language, please be indulgent

My foxitPDF Reader always crashes when i use my stylus to handwrite something (with pencil in the comment section)
I have a microsoft surface pro 8, the keyboard, and the stylus from microsoft too.

If i'm writing using my touchpad (on my keyboard) it works.
If i'm writing using my finger on the touch screen it works as well.
If i'm writing using the stylus it DOESN'T work at all and i got a CRASH REPORT.

Please foxitreader could you realease an update to make it work ? i love you software but if i can't use my stylus, i will have to switch to another software.

Vin1308, We apologize for any difficulty using Foxit Software. Firstly, please help to upgrade your Foxit PDF Reader to the latest version 12.0.1 to see if it will help by doing the following:
1) Please make sure you've closed all Foxit PDF Reader related programs (IE, Firefox...) then go to "Control Panel"->"Add/Remove Programs" to uninstall Foxit PDF Reader;
Go to "Start"->"Run"-> input regedit -> find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Reader x.0" and "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Reader x.0" to delete the whole folder of Foxit PDF Reader x.0;
2) Download the newest version of Foxit PDF Reader 12.0.1 from this link and install it.

If the above steps were of no avail to this issue,please help to provide us the following information for further analysis：
1:Your OS information (E.g.windows 10x64bit).
2: The model of your Microsoft stylus.
3:Plase send us the crashlog.txt and crash.dmp files which are located on the following folder:
C:\Users\<<current username>>\AppData\Local\Foxit PDF Reader
4: Did this issue happen to all PDF files or just some specific PDF file? Please send us one PDF file.
5:Please help to use the LiceCap tool to generate an animated gif that shows the whole procedures about how you could replicate this issue:

(Unzip it, then double-click on licecap file, you can then specify the recording area then hit "Record", it requires naming the file first then start recording.)

Hello,

I could have update my version, but there is no french laguage available, is it normal ?
I can now comment with stylus (microsoft one link there)

But i try to write with "pencil" in the comment section, width to 0.10 (minimal value) but it wider with stylus compare to finger (see attached)

Do you think it cames from my device/stylus or is it the way foxit is coded ?

Please download the multi-language from here.
I also submitted it to our QA/Dev team as report id#QCPHANTOM-30826, I will forward any update the moment I have it.
BTW, did you uncheck the "Enable pressure sensitive" under Table settings from Preferences to see if it still persists?

thanks for the reply,
it works without the "enable pressure sensitive" but it's less convenient

for the multi language a pop up told me that "another version of foxit is installed" i can only replace it or cancel.
is it ok to replace it ? will it be the latest version of foxit ? cause i need it in order to use my stylus

Please uninstall the current Eng version and then install the multi-language package, the one I sent is the latest version 12.0.1.
For further investigating, may I know do you also run the Foxit on Microsoft surface pro 8? we are trying to reproduce the issue on a same device.
