We have a regular printer (A4) and a label writer (4"x6"), with the A4 printer marked as the default printing device in windows. The label writer has been configured to use 4"x6" labels in the windows printer settings.
When we want to print a label in Foxit PDF Reader, we click the print icon, and switch the printer to the label writer. However, every time we do this, the page format is set to 2.78cm x 8.89cm, which ain't even close to the 4"x6" labels we're using. We have to enter the printer settings in Foxit every single time to change it, which is highly annoying.
The adjust paper source to page layout option is disabled in Foxit, and the label is still set as the correct label in the Windows printer settings. Changing it to something else and then back doesn't fix the issue. The issue doesn't apply if we try to print from different software.
