Bug mac foxit can't check update

akanesora, Thanks for using Foxit Software. Actually the version (V12.0.1.0720) you are having is already the most current version,so there is no newer version to update for the time being. For the situation that the checking update process always stuck that you mentioned,I have submitted it to our internal bug tracking system for our QA team to do further analysis with report ID#MACLNX-11206 ,we will keep you informed for any updates about this issue or you may also get back to us with this report ID#MACLNX-11206 to track its processing status in the near future.

akanesora, We have got updates about this issue from our QA team,they mentioned that currently if we access the "About Foxit PDF Editor" option on the top level of the "Foxit PDF Editor" menu,we will failed to check update there.

Would you please help to go to the next level of "Help" menu and click on "About Foxit PDF Reader">"Check for updates" to see how it goes? Normally, you will get "no updates available" wordings there since the one you are using is already the the most-current version.
