How do I set page size when scanning in a document?

I go to File -> Create -> From Scanner

I chose the scanner from the dropdown - no problem

I chose grey scale from the next dropdown - no problem

Finally I go to the dropdown to set the page size . . . WTF? Nothing works! Why is there a make-believe dropdown menu here, if I cannot actually set anything?

A5 is not what I want, how can I change it?

1) Version info of your Foxit Reader;
2) Your Scanner info.
3) A screenshot of your "Create from Scanner" settings.
