Reader no longer showing emailed form data

Since upgrading to Foxit PDF Reader 12.0.1.12430 we've been seeing PDF email attachments appear to have no data entered into form fields. If we reopen in Adobe Reader it displays the data in each field of the form without any issues.

Any ideas?

We apologize for any difficulty using Foxit Software, would it be possible to have this issue file for internal testing? Appreciate it.

Roy_Chen I can do that, but the PDF is a W-9 so if there is a secure/private way of sharing it that would be preferred.
