Feature Set Default Language during setup

Is it possible to set the DefaultLanguage during the installation process? I deployed Foxit Reader Enterprise with our Management Software and Transforms.
In the 2nd Step, i copy the XML Language File into the lang Folder.

At the first start, the user has to set some options, but some older employee has a problem to read these options.

After you copy the XML language file into lang folder, you should run Foxit Reader and go to "Tools"->"Preferences"->"Languages"-> Choose custom language and switch to the language you need.
