Foxit renaming PDFs downloaded from websites

For some reason about 10% of the time, when I download a PDF from a website (I'm using Chrome) the PDF will automatically be named "2013_Hansen_Pest_Manag". I have no affiliation with pest management services and nor does my laptop, so where the name comes from is a mystery.

It's not really a major issue as I can rename file manually, but it struck me as odd and wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

May I have the download link of the PDF document so I could test it on my side as well? And please let us know what the name of the file is supposed to be. Thank you.
