Foxit reader, why no windows 7, Aero FX

Just installed this thing and it looks like a program running in windows basic - ie no translucent bars, no shadows etc. Is it supposed to look like this?
It's not my PC - 12gb RAM and a quad code Xeon, so plenty of muscle!

There are four skins mode that allows you to choose under File->Change Skin, you can choose one you like.
