Printing Problem: Wrong Format "Hagaki"

Hello everybody,

I get a problem while printing - the printoptions are allways on "mediatype - Ink Jet Hagaki" und the printformat is on "Hagaki". I doesn't matter if I change the options to "normalpaper" and "A4" and after that choose "allways print with this current options", (Options translated from German) next time it's again on "Hagaki".

I would be glad if you can help me

May I know which version of Foxit Reader you're having? And Did you log into the computer as administrator? Could you please also make a screenshot of your print options? Thank you.
