Textbox: orientation changes after insertion from another PDF-file

Hello,

I have a PDF-file with horizontally textboxes and horizontally writing. If I copy one of these horizontally textboxes with horizontally writing to another PDF-file the orientation of the textbox changes from horizontal to vertical and the writing is then vertical, too. Why? How can this be avoided?
