  • Bug Printers randomly disapears in RDS

    Hello,

At this moment i'm out of options. Already tried differtent PDF readers, but really want to use Foxit.
It's a verry strange isseu. Because only PDF readers have this problem, not with Microsoft Office or Internet Browsers.

If a user want's to print, they can choose 5 of the 10 printers, but sometime they have al 10 printers, but another time they have 2 printers out of 10. The printers are correctly installed, because they are working in other programs.
Foxit reader is installed on a Microsoft Server 2012 r2 with RDS. There are about 15 users who logon to this RDS server.

If you have a solutions or you need more info, please let me know.

    Thank you!

      Hi Cherry,

      Thanks for your reply.
For now it is solved by restarting the print spooler every hour at the RDS and the DC. it's not a good solution, but for now ok.
      1. we're using version 6.1.3.0321 Dutch
      2. As you see in the picture, all printers are shown. But radomly printers disapear.

If you need more info, you can ask me.
