Feature Foxit reader split screen

Hi,

Using FoxitReader514.0104.
When I split screen horizontally both panes can scroll independently. How can I do this for vertical split? I did spreadsheet split and dragged the horizontal split up so it looks like vertical split but unfortunately panes scroll in sync.

I second this notion which has been in Adobe Reader for many years. In fact, I would argue that in this day and age of the widescreen, a horizontal split is pretty useless. Vertical splits are definitely more useful than horizontal ones!

Hello guys, please how do I assign a keyboard shortcut to split screen? The split is not part of the options under view category in customize tools. Also, is there a way to switch between which split screen is active or responds to scrolling, like how ctrl+tab switch between documents?

Dear AKDLS,

Currently,there are "Vertically split""Horizontally Split" "Spreadsheet Split"these three types of split view mode. However,currently there is no way for us to customize shortcut for switching between different splict view modes. I have submitted the suggestion"Hope we are able to customize a shortcut for switching between different view modes" to our internal feature system for our pruduct marketing team's reference with suggestion ID#PHANTOM-6309 ,so that it may be considered in future versions.

Thanks Lisa, but the other part of my question was not answered. For a given document which is being viewed in any of the split view mode, how do you move from one side of the splited document (the part of the split view that responds to scrolling) to the other without having to use the mouse,

I am sorry that there is no shortcut key for moving from one side of the split document to the other.For this situation,I have already submitted the suggestion"Support to use shortcut key to move from one side of the split document to the other" as a new feature to our internal feature system for our product marketing's further reference with suggestion ID#PHANTOM-7507.
