How do I show simple link annotations?

I have a PDF file that has a simple link annotation with a referenced URI action. I can open it up in Adobe Reader and the link shows up fine. I can click on it and it will take me to the specified web page. When I open the same file in Foxit Reader it does not recognize the link at all.

Are there some special options I need to set to make the simple link show up?

Hi mwebb987,

Please open Foxit Reader, go under "File"->"Preferences"->"Trust Manager"->uncheck "Enable Safe Reading Mode" and click on "OK". Then go under "Home" menu->click on "Hand" tool then click on the link to see if it will take you to the specified web page.

If it still doesn't work, please email a copy of the mentioned PDF document to [email protected] and include this thread as well.
