Does Foxit normally remember its last settings?

Every time I open Foxit it seems to forget the settings (toolbars, etc) that I had in place before. Is there a way of making these settings stick? I just want to see the Menu bar and nothing else preserving as much space as possible. The panel on the left (granted its small) keeps on reappearing and I have to hit F4 to get rid of it. Wondering if this is normal.

I encourage you to try the Read Mode, you may go under "File"->"Preferences"->"Documents"->set "In Foxit Reader, choose the mode for Display PDF Mode" "Read Mode".
