How do I turn around a pdf sheet so it doesn't appear upside down in any pdf reader?

I only see File, Home, Edit, Comment, View, Form, Protect, Share and Help.

I encourage you to use the "Rotate" feature under "Organize" menu in Foxit PhantomPDF Standard to rotate the PDF document physically and save it. You may download Foxit PhantomPDF from Foxit website and give it a try: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/

BTW, In Foxit Reader, the "Rotate View" under "View" menu rotates only the page view.

I have a pdf file which in the original document it's upside down. I want to save it upright to be viewed in any pdf reader as it were its original initial view. I don't find any option to do so in foxit reader. Any help? Thanks.
