Set paper size for scanner

hi all!!
when I try to create a new A4 file by scanning, the page always comes out in A5 format!!
How to fix this?

Hi Carmelo,

Please go to "File"->"Create"->"From Scanner"->click on "Configure Presets" then manually change the Paper size and see if it helps.

Does not help me.
The problem is that i have already tried what you suggested but it does not work. Continue to use the format A5...

Hi carmelo,

Did you choose "Show scanner's interface" or "Hide scanner's interface"?It is a known issue that if you chose "Hide scanner's interface", the "Paper Size" set in "Custom scan" will not take effect and it will use the Paper size that set from scanner interface. You may choose Show scanner's interface then set the Paper Size you want. Please give it a try.
