How to disable to read pdf files in browser

i have the latest version of foxit reader and internet explorer and Firefox.
What are the settings that i read the pdf file in foxit and not in the browser.

Can hou give me the steps to do it. Also what program i have to start to get to the setings

Hi glda19,

Please open Foxit Reader, go under "File"->"Preferences"->"File Associations"->click on "Advanced"->untick "Include browser when setting default PDF viewer" then press OK, then click on "Make Default PDF Viewer". Please let us know if it works for you.
