Bookmarks not Working

This is a strange problem: On one of my PDFs, when I click the bookmark button, nothing happens. The PDF is not encrypted or anything, and its permissions allow everything. This does not happen on all of my other PDF documents. I've tried renaming it, resaving/loading it, etc., to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi AmagicalFishy,

Please open Foxit Reader->go under "File"->"Preferences"->"Page Display" to check if "Forbid the change of the current Zoom factor during execution of 'Go to Destination' actions" is unchecked or not.

If the setting makes no difference, please send us the PDF in question for testing. You may email it to [email protected]. Thank you.
