Hyperlink to specific page in PDF file not possible?

In Adobe Reader (and other PDF readers like the Google Chrome built-in PDF reader), it is possible to link to a specific page in a PDF file:
<A href="somefile.pdf#page=9">

This does not work in Foxit Reader 6.2.
Is linking to bookmarks/page numbers in PDF files supported at all, and if so, which syntax to use?

Could you please provide an example PDF document that included the mentioned link so we could check if it is supported in Foxit Reader? If not, we'll forward it as feature request to PM team for processing. Thank you in advance.
