Add "Show Cover Page During Facing" as an option in Preferences.

There should be an "Override Initial View" option. It's really annoying when PDFs don't open to the page layout set in the Preferences.

CTRL-END should take you to the end of the document (it did so in previous versions.)

"Show Cover Page During Facing" option is under View->page display->Show Cover Page During Facing

"Override Initial View" option is available in Foxit PhantomPDF editions, you can try it for 30 days free trial.

We have noted it down and forwarded it to our PM for future reference, reported id:J629, hope it can be implemented in future.

Yes, I know where it is. I'm saying that I'd like to enable this function as a default in my preferences.

Thank you for update this. This "Show Cover Page During Facing" option is only available when you read it, but it can not be saved when you close the file. Foxit Reader only changes it logically but not physically change, because we should respect file itself settings, and Adobe Reader also works in this same way.
Anyway, i will forward your feedback to our PM team for future references, who will consider most customers' feedback and make the decision to implement it or not.

That makes no sense because I'm able to set a default of "Facing" and PDF files that I've never viewed previously will open in Facing mode. All I want is that such PDF files also open with the "Show Cover..." option.

At the very least give us a CRTL keystroke shortcut to enable "Show Cover Page During Facing".

And I'm not quite sure why the file settings should be respected. If that were true then we shouldn't have any of these options to begin with. You could even go so far as to say PDF files should only be viewed with Adobe software, as that's the software that the file was meant to be displayed on.

Obviously, no one here would agree with THAT!

Bring back menus and either remove "Ribbon" interface or have "Ribbon" as a non-default alternative to "classic"(standard) menus.
