Hello.
I will describe my Foxit Reader terminal server print problem:
Our customer is running a RDS 2012R2 terminal server with the newest Foxit Reader version 6.2.3.0815 installed.
The Windows 7 PC client has Canon IPF610 plotter locally OK installed and is OK functioning.
This Canon IPF610 plotter is connected in a RDS session logged on this RDS 2012R2 terminal server which is using the builtin Microsoft Easy Print driver default installed.
The problem with this Canon IPF610 plotter is when the end user try to change from
default A4 paper format to A1 which is commonly used by this plotter.
The 20012R2 Easy print driver do not change to A1 paper format when the end user try to do this in his
RDS session : the RDS session based Canon IPF610 plotter permanently keep this configuration to the default A4 paper format.
Is there any technical solution to this RDS2012R print problem related to this A1 paper choice problem with Canon IPF610 plotter in a RDS session ?
Thanks in advance
