I installed FoxitReader703.0916_prom_enu_Setup.exe.

After installation I double clicked on the FoxitReader desktop icon. Foxit Reader starts.

Then I clicked at HELP in the menu bar. And then FILE in the menu bar. Foxit Reader crashes.
