Please help provide the following info:
1) Can the crash problem be replicated every time you perform the same?
2) Did it occur to any PDF document or just a specific one? If possible, please provide a PDF file sample for testing purpose;
3) How to replicate the issue?

Hello,

1.) The crash occurs every time I double click on the FoxitReader icon on the desktop.
2.) I do not open a specific PDF document. I just double click on the FoxitReader icon on the desktop and FoxitReader crashes. Therefore I can not send a specific PDF document.
3.) I don't know. I thought the crash report could help.

Please update your Foxit Reader to the most current version 7.0.3 and give it try to see if the crash problem persists. Thank you.

After installation I double clicked on the FoxitReader desktop icon. Foxit Reader starts.

Then I clicked at HELP in the menu bar. And then FILE in the menu bar. Foxit Reader crashes.
