Disable Navigation pane permanently

Please make it possible to disable the annoying Navigation pane.
Even a registry setting to control this would be fine, if you don't wanna use time to add it in the preferences.

I can see a lot of people has had this on the wishing list for a long time....please give us the option!!!

Please go under "File"->"Preferences"->"Page Display"->"Navigation tab" to set "Page Only" and give it a try.
