Foxit Reader PDF Printer is broken ufter update to v. 7.0.3.916
HI,
I have updated 56 computers yesterday to v. 7.0.3.916 from 621.0618 and this morning the users are flooding me with complaints. I can reproduce the problem on all of our computers.
Problem #1. When I try to print from internet explorer (V.11) it creates the pdf file but when I open it I have the error message "Format Error: Not a PDF or corrupted" No matter what I want to print from Internet Explorer this happens. If I print to other printers they print fine.
Problem #2. When I try to print an email from outlook and select Foxit Reader PDF Printer from the drop down list it immediately gives me the "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working" I don't have this problem if I select any other printer. (please see attached screenshot)
I can print a test page with Foxit Reader PDF Printer.
Our computers are: Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit
Office: Office 2013 32 bit and 64 bit mixed.
Please advise ASAP.
