How incredibly backward, I had my password reset twice and carefully entered it manually the last two times (copying & pasting the temp password did not work), so I know it is the software at fault, not me.
I registered this morning under the user name Kar, but no response to my problem with the reader.
I just thought I would let the forum know the password reset function is not working.
And as I have found a site that appears halfway legit, with the former Foxit versions, I will risk downloading my earlier version from there.
But this forum is difficult to register for, and then difficult to re-access. No wonder there are no or few replies!
