Accidentally closed Tab Bar, Can't Reopen!

Today I accidentally clicked close on the tab bar (the one where you can switch between open PDFs) and I can't figure out how to reopen. I've been through the preferences, view menu on the ribbon bar, right clicked all over. I even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changed! Can anyone help?

Hi PatriotRDX,

Please open Foxit Reader->go under "File"->"Preferences"->"Documents" and make sure "Allow Multiple Instances" is unchecked then try again.
