Nota able to open the install file

I download the install file (FoxitReader703.0916_prom_enu_Setup), when i click to open, nothing happens, I tried many different ways, reboot, download it another time, nothing happens, :"task Manager" does show its NOT running. My OS is Vista Business 32 bit SP1, then i read Foxit requires SP2, so i downloaded it, I disabled Popup on my Chrome also, but still, not able to open the install file file, no errors. Strange and frustrating.

Anyone experienced this issue?

Please try to right-click on the setup package and click "Run as administrator" and see if it helps. If it doesn't work, please let us know the size of the setup package that you've downloaded. Thank you.
