Why printing is so slow ??

Hi,

I'm using Foxit for almost 2 years now, with no issues at all. Everything was just fine (at least with my old HP Laserjet). I recently changed my printer for a Xerox, workcentre 6605.

For some reason i don't know, printing a pdf file take around 1-2 mn to execute.

I've made some test with Sumatra and Adobe, this same file is almost "instant".

I made a quicksearch online and noticed that people in the past got the same issue with other version of Foxit.

I really love Foxit as my default pdf viewer and maker, but i can't allow myself waiting so long for printing so....

Can anyone help ?

Hi Nonoo,

Before printing, please open Foxit Reader->go to "File"->"Print"->uncheck "Print as Image" then try again.
