Foxit Reader altering PDF links

Foxit Reader shows the link in the pdf file as caps and non-caps, however, when it loads the link address in the browser it loads the link as all non-caps - the browser does not recognized the now incorrect address.

Nuance and Adobe both read the link as it is in the document and then load the link the same way, cap for cap and non-cap for non-cap.

The links don't work in Foxit Reader but do work in Adobe and Nuance. I suspect that is an easy correction to make with the Foxit Reader.
