Unable to Cutomize using either GPO or ProfStore.xml

I'm unable to make any changes within Foxit Reader (such as menu/toolbar) via GPO or ProfStore.xml. Please help.

Dear Krishna1,

Is it Foxit Enterprise Reader that you've installed? Only when you install Foxit Reader using the .msi setup package could you customize using GPO or ProfStore.xml.
May I know which version of Foxit Reader are you having now? Thank you.
