Popup Error before starting

Sorry for the inconvenience.
This issue is suspected to be caused by the conflict with old and new plugin.We will fix it in future update, for now, please perform a new installation by deleting this plugin and uninstall the exiting version. This would resolve the problem.

Every time I open a pdf, I get this pop message (image attached). If I click okay, then the file starts. Not too big of a deal, but kind of annoying. Can someone explain how to fix this? Thanks!
