Foxit will only read one file

Hi

I have a queer question, well I think it is.

I have Window 8-1 which is fully up to date.

I downloaded a PDF News Letter from a group I am in, read it in Foxit Reader then closed it, then went to opened another PDF file which I have had some time, and it reopen the Group News Letter again, I deleted the News Letter and tried again but it still open the same News Letter.

Did this more then once.

I uninstalled Foxit Reader and edited the Register, reinstalled it and blow me it still opened the News Letter.

I down loaded a portable version of a PDF reader and it opened the other file not the News Letter
