    That was it! Thanks.

    Slightly more complicated than you indicated, though. I had not realized that the Ribbon mode was optional. After changing to the Classic mode, I was able to find the Cover Page command in the View menu. Not obvious, but found it with your prompting!

    Please open the PDF document then go under "View"->click on "Separate Cover Page" and see if it is what you're looking for. Thank you.

    Facing pages - bias by one page?

    I've created a PDF file from Lightroom 5.3. The first page in the PDF is a right-hand side, and the first pair of facing pages is 2-3. When viewed in Foxit, pages 1&2 are displayed together, 3&4, etc. Is there a way to bias the starting page such that page 1 is shown by itself, then 2&3, 4&5, etc?
