I want to share the great news that Foxit Reader/PhantomPDF version 9.4.0 has already supported to tear a new tab as a new Window and manage the tabs. Please implement ability to tear/pull away a tab to create another instance/window.

This is because as tabs add up in single window it becomes difficult to handle them - it would be preferable to create and populate another instance/window on-the-fly. Firefox does this.
