Printing PDF documents from Outlook 2010

Hi,

I have a strange issue where when i open a PDF document directly from an e-mail (outlook 2010) and then go to print the document, it flattens the pages 1 by 1 and with the 100 page documents i work with this can take upto 15 minutes!
If i save the document to my desktop and print Foxit doesnt flatten the file and just prints in a matter of seconds.

Has anyone else had this issue or can help me out?

Im using the latest version of Foxit reader as of Monday this week.

Would you mind printing it again by unchecking "print as image" on print dialogbox to see if it helps?
