Feedback paste text from pdf looses font styling

I am using foxit reader 5.1.4.0104 when I select text and copy then paste into a wordpad (or any word processor) file the text looses it font styling that was used in the PDF. When we copy and paste from adobe to a word processor the font styling stays. What we are trying to do is find out the font type and size and copy paste was the easiest way in adobe. Is there a setting to enable the font styling to also copy to the clipboard? If not is there a way to get the font styling? I know we can list all the fonts used but we need to know the font and size of certain characters as there may be several font in the entire document.
