Is it possible to open a PDF with a default zoom level? So far when I open a PDF the page is zoomed in too much. I tried doing this in the settings but it doesnt work. Can someone provide a way to edit a file in the program to fix this?

Please go under "File"->"Properties"->"Initial view" to check the PDF document's initial view setting. Then go under "File"->"Preferences"->"Page Display" to check the default page layout setting. Please also go under "File"->"Preferences"->"History"->check the "Restore last view settings when reopening". And send to us all the info.
P.s. There 3 factors affecting the page layout display: 1) Initial View; 2) "Restore last view settings when reopening" option; 3) "Page Display" option under "Preferences". The display priority order is 1>2>3.
BTW, if possible, please provide the PDF in question for testing purpose. You may email the file to [email protected]. Thank you. -
Hi Cherry.. When I go to "File"->"Properties"->"Initial view" there is no "initial view". But, it looks like the problem is fixed for the most part. But, I do have a PDF that I emailed you that doesn't open at a magnification that I set in the settings. It's no biggie.Its possible that the issue is with this particular PDF.
As a side note, I still have an incredibly annoying issue with the nav panel popping out to the left everytime I open a PDF. Please let me know if theres a file I can edit to remove this annoyance. Thanks.Comment

Hi Cherry. It looks like the issue is fixed so far. Theres a file I want to send you that refuses to comform to my settings. But its too big to send. So dont worry about it.
