Change Color of Find Text

Is the a way to change the color of the text that was found when you do a find? Trying to see the blue highlight on the blue background document I have is very difficult.

Sorry, the color of Find text can not be changed, but you can change the color of the background so you can read the texts easier.
For changing background, please go to File->Preferences->Accessibility->custom color.
