Provide an extract-only *.zip Foxit-Reader package for download

I start FoxIt reader mostly from my USB stick on various computers.
Therefore I need a portable version of Foxit Reader.
Having to re-install it every time a new version is released is evry annoying.
It would be fine to have a zip package which needs simply to be extracted and is ready to run.

In former times there was such a *.zip package available for download.
This version seems to be abolished.

Can this portable version be introduced again?
