I marked this 'bug', but not really sure.
I just installed v5.3.1 0606 on a new laptop running Win7 64bit. I changed the zoom to 100% in the 'tools' 'Preferences' section and it doesn't change the size of the document. Now what's strange is I have the same version on my other Win7 64 bit computer and it works perfect.
Is there another setting I should be changing? I can't remember when I did it on the other computer so I need help.
