Sorry for bumping up this 2 years old topic, but that's a feature I'd like to request as well.

I'm using a 8inch Windows 8.1 tablet and reading PDF files comfortably is kind of hard with Text Reflow/Word Wrap.
Why is that feature standard in the mobile versions of every PDF readers yet not available on the x86 Windows for some reason?

Is there option for reflow view in Foxit Reader for PC? Or any way the "zoom in" text to fit the page width?
