Bug Annoying problem with text-boxes in Foxit reader

I have Foxit reader 5.3.1.0606. Since the last update, I have an annoying issue with the text boxes (in which I used to store text after double clicking on highlights, underlines, etc.).

Before the update, if I dragged the text box to a particular place in the PDF file, they used to stay there while scrolling up/down on the page. Now, after the update, when I scroll up or down a page containing the text box, the text box also travels up and down till the end of the page. Really annoying!

Please fix this issue!
