Clicking on the mousewheel should display the "cross cursor" and allow smooth scrolling through a document by movement of the mouse. This works as expected. Howerver, to exit this mode, the left mouse button must be clicked. It is much more convenient to click the mousewheel to exit this mode. In other words, the mousewheel should toggle this mode on and off as it does in older Version 4.3.1.x.
