How can I keep the tabs up and persistent in Foxit?

It seems liek wehenver I select something from say the comment tab, it sinks back up into the menu. How do I keep it up and persistent?

The Home Comment view tab...after I press the tab they roll back up...I want them to stay there PERSISTENTLY

Please press Ctrl+F11 to show the ribbon menu.

Also, you can right-click the grey space at the top of the screen (to the right of the word "HELP", the last menu item), and un-check "Minimise the Ribbon".
