Bug Default View not working in Comodo Dragon / Google Chrome Browser

I have a problem with the default view that I cannot seem to fix. I am hoping that someone here can help me.

When viewing the PDF files in the following website, I cannot get them to appear "Fitted to page" or "Fitted to Width". They always come up full size and then I have to adjust the page every time.

I have tried adjusting things in the Preferences area and I must be doing things wrong. The preferences are not easy to understand.

I just lately installed the latest version. I never had this problem before.
