We have installed Foxit Reader 7.x on our Windows Server 2012R2 environment.
On some occasions users experience that the application never opens when a pdf file is opened. When we look in the task manager, it displays that multiple instances of Foxit Reader is open. The application doesn’t become visible until all instances are closed and a pdf file is reopened.
We have not been able to recreate the problem deliberately, but it happens multiple times each week. It doesn’t seem to affect other users when it happens.
Has anyone else had problems with this? And if so has the reason been identified?
